I have the same problem as many other users, when configuring my hotmail account on Mac Mail, all folders are correctly synced but the Inbox.

Hi since the move to outlook - I cannot view historic emails by clicking on an old date. for example if I want to see emails from Jan 1st 2012 I cannnot click that date - no emails come up. However if I know there was an email sent by a person on that
date I can find that email by searching under the name so I know the email is still there on the server.
It is I just cannot search by historic dates using the calendar. Only the last 3-4 days come up.

I signed into my hotmail account this morning, and all the emails from the 10th of October back to when I created the email account have been deleted. This means that 1000's of incredibly important emails, that have been accumulated over the last 5 years,
have been deleted. I had no problem when I transferred over to outlook, but now this problem has arisen and I may potentially lose customers and business relationships over this. I need this problem fixed as soon as possible.
I signed into my hotmail account after a few months of not using it, and to my surprise, it was switched over to outlook, and ALL of my emails are gone. That is over 15 years of email, most of which I was saving for a reason!!!! What is the point of saving
emails if you are going to just delete them willy nilly? If I had known this I would have backed them all up and switched email providers long ago. Please get my emails back, there is a lot of important information in them that I do not have stored anywhere
