Hi,I can log in to my hotmail outlook but i cannot receive emails. Why?
I am not receiving emails from my sons school. Are they being blocked? Why? How do I fix this?
How do I enlarge the font for my emails? For some reason the font shows smaller than I need.
I have upgraded to a new computer with window 8.1. If I delete the files in Sky Drive on the old computer, will the files be deleted on Sky Drive on the new computer. How do I protect my files that show on Sky Drive on the old computer? Can I delete them?
My desktop version defaults to Arabic as I am based in UAE even though I have specified English in my profile. This Arabic site has no identifiable language button in English.

A recap: my account has been 'temporarily blocked' for something someone has taken exception to on an unshared skydrive. Fine. Blocking the account with no warning or appeals process seems a bit drastic to me, a simple customer, but hey, it's your service.
I am simply trying to find out if it is fixable or if the account is gone.
If it's fixable, please tell me how.
If it isn't, can you let me know that please?
Please don't just tell me my account is blocked. I am so very obviously aware of that thanks.
I'd already tried getting something definite out of the support links before resorting to posting here on the off chance someone could get me an answer.
In the previous thread I got directed to a few links by the forum staff:
Melanie_D. redirected me here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/hotmail/hotmail-support
but that gets you into a pair of pages that hilariously redirect to each other (which I'd actually kinda mentioned in the first line of the original post).
Eugene S. and Levi_I. were a bit more successful (ie you can access their links)

I opened new tickets, but they don't actually read what you write and simply told me that my account was blocked then close the ticket.
When I managed to actually get a 2nd response from one ticket and the chap told me that he'd helpfully re-checked and the offending content was still there, as if I could magically access it WHILE MY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED. Duh...
I'm definitely inferring gone from the responses since I don't believe 10 or 11 agents could fail so badly at reading, but it'd be nice to get a straight answer.
