When is the Outlook.com Calendar going to be operating normally again?
Is the automated synchronisation from People to the Birthday Calendar effected by the maintenance?

For years I’ve been subscribing to a newsletter. Their address is listed on my “Safe senders” and my “Safe mailing list” additionally it’s not on my “Blocked senders” lists. However for a couple of months I’ve not received the newsletter, neither inbox nor junk folder. Contact with sender support states that they are still sending it, however it’s being globally blocked by Hotmail.
I’ve come across this solution, Why are the emails sent to Microsoft Account rejected for policy reasons?, and will pass that on to the admin of the newsletter, but first wanted to make sure that it’s not just a singular problem with my email account.
Do we have someone that can check this for me.

I cannot reply to or forward e-mails received today Wednesday 30th October. My machine attempts to connect to the response page , but then cuts out.
Is anyone else having this problem, is it an Outlook issue or is it my machine?
