I've changed my password and security questions and deleted his email from being notified about password changes. Only my outlook.com is in Arabic. I can't understand settings to know what to change. I need help! Anyone please

I have made attempt to have the password reminder sent to my Phone but not receiving any text. Is it possible if you can have the password reminder sent to my primary email address - D*P*_*A*J*K*@MSN.COM to have this account retrieved.

I'm trying to log into my email (set up with a custom domain through domains.live.com), however all of a sudden I'm getting the following error
You've lost access to your email
The inbox you've been using is no longer available. This can occur when your account is owned by an organization, or when someone else confirms ownership of the email address. You haven't lost access to the other services you use with your Microsoft account. However, you must choose a new primary alias to continue.
I have no idea how this came about, as I have made no changes to my account. Can you please fix things so that they are back the way they were, as there are no other parties who would (or could) have confirmed they owned the same email address as me.

We send regular emails to members of sports clubs using our web service, these are all active members of a club website (all wish and need to receive emails in a timely manner) some messages are never received by members using hotmail. We have correctly
configured SPF records and DKIM, include unsubscribe headers and links in every email. We receive a response from hotmail as 250 Queued mail for delivery, for some messages, and this is becoming an increasing issue for our mutual users.
Unfortunately it seems these effected mails are just not delivered (judging by current checks of mails sent a week ago). At least some other email sent to hotmail is successfully received, but we of course want to ensure reliable delivery across the board.
How can we find out why this response is given, what it actually means, and how it can be avoided in future so that we avoid upsetting our mutual users.

I am not able to receive any email in my account. I have checked the forward email settings, blocked and safe senders as well as safe senders list. I am able to send the emails without any problem. I have also deleted all the old emails from my account,
i am able to forward the email to some other email address but cant receive them in my inbox.
I have just got a new phone and have managed to lock myself out my Instagram account. They say they have sent a reset to my email but I am not receiving it. What shall I do?
I could see how to export the mail folders but do not see how to do the import.

Why is it taking up to five minutes to open e-mails or even reply to them, all I can see is a lot of dots racing across the top of the screen and each time I press on an e-mail the page seems to have to refresh itself sometimes once or even twice before
the e-mail will open, then move onto the next one it has to refresh itself to move off the first and onto the second. Hotmail was brilliant before it turned into Outlook, it looks like a move to Gmail is on the cards so bring back the old Hotmail and stop
messing around with it.
