I am attempting to read an email that I requested from a sender who I have added to my contact list and also have added to the approved sender list in my Outlook.com account but when I open the email I have a statement from Outlook.com that simply says "Be careful! This sender failed our fraud detection checks." How do I bypass this?
By the way, I tried chatting with someone named Lisa with the chat line and she was absolutely useless and could not understand what I was asking when I typed the exact same statement as above.

When I try to open a new note book in the file menu under my sky drive it reads additional information is needed in order to use this service. REPAIR.
When I select repair it read, to continue, please read and sign the SkyDrive terms and use agreement. Then it take me to the long in screen and I long then. When logged in nothing pops up to sign user agreement.
Can you tell me where to located the user agreement?
I have shut down my hotmail account twice and it continues to spam my entire address book. I have reactivated and deleted all of my contacts but it does not seem to be working. How can I get the address permanently shut down? This continues to to an annoyance to my friends and family and an embarrassment to me.

I tried to post this as an answer to another question, but it doesn't seem to show up -- so here comes again...
So my mom's account has been hacked and all her contacts received one of those typical emails asking for help and money.
After receiving a few worried phone calls, she immediately tried to reset her password but she can't: the contact phone and alternate email address are incorrect! (changed by the hacker)
She then tried to fill in the password reset questionnaire (by providing an alternate email address and filling in a bunch of user-verification questions), but the response (sent to her alternate email) was that they had to IGNORE this request because she had already activated the two-step verification process!!
The thing is, she never activated that! (again: hacker's deed)
So?... Wait, is that it???
Did I miss something? Is there really nothing we can do???
If that's the case, there is a serious vulnerability there!!!
It means that once a hacker enters an account, he can lock himself in and prevent password reset simply by changing password and contact details and by activating the two-step verification??!!
Please tell me I missed something!
We would like to resolve this before anyone gets scammed!...
What can we do???
