I have not been able to send or receive any emails since 12/30/2012. Contacted verizon for a total of 3 hrs. , to be told it's a microsoft problem. I'm using verizon site to get my email. Absolutely hate it. Want my windows life mail back. Trying to talk to or live chat microsoft is impossible. If this issue can't be resolved, plan on buying an apple, been having to much problem with microsoft. Any help would be appreciated.
