I use Outlook and Windows LIve (Hotmail). I have been recieving tons of spambot generated spam originating in China and processed through DCTWO.com.au.    dctwo will not respond to my complaints about their client (all sender IPs start 49.6.xxx.xxx) and processed through xxx-cloudstorage.com.au.
When I look at "view message source" all generated sender names and subjects start with "=?UTF-8?".
I initiated 3 new message rules under sweep/manage rules and wrote "Delete messages if (subject/sender's name/address) contains UTF-8" ,but the spam emails show up the next day...new fictitious sender(starting=?UTF-8?),new fictitious subject(starting=?UTF-8?),new fictitious xxxxx.com "recieved from".
How can I totally block spam from this sender (always 3 emails at a time )? I can't block cloudstorage.com.au or dctwo.com.au either! Please help!
