Earlier on today I logged on and I received the request to send a security code to an alternate address/telephone number etc. I deferred for seven days, but upon further research I read that I will be forced to have the code sent to an alternate email/telephone number (otherwise I will be locked out of my account.)
So I decided to try and update my info, and delete the old account and then add a new one. Though when I try to go back into security update I keep receiving the following message:
You recently updated your security info
We have a waiting period for the updates to take effect. On 26/10/2013, we'll delete your old security info:
(old email address)
Once this has been deleted, you'll be able to verify your account with info you have access to. If you didn't make the updates, or if you still have access to the above info, cancel the updates.
So what do I do in seven days time? I fear that I will be locked out of my account... and I can't get the code sent to me.
Please can someone help?
