I have loads of photos I added to my my windows gallery.  But I cannot share onto my facebook.  What is the point them of keeping them there?

I see a previous tech's answer to sign into my microsoft account and click on share with facebook.  I only have option of sharing with Skype.  I want to share the photos I put on the gallery to facebook.

What is the secret to doing so?
