I have asked on norton forums about this but posting here as waiting a solution and you may know more

i am having trouble with accessing my norton online help as every time i click on it it tries to connect to the internet but instead opens up windows movie maker which states cannot use these files

i reset all default on my norton and still have same porblem.ive reinstalled norton and still the same

i uninstalled windows live essentials and this solved the problem.however now i reinstalled and the problem is back again

it doesnt make sense to me ?
