Hello,   I was using windows movie maker to make a video and all of a sudden it keeps crashing.  Tech support told me to download the new version but said my files would most likely not transfer, and he was right.  Can someone suggest how to stop this crashing so that I can finish the 3-5 minutes left since I've been doing this for two days now.   Please......
