It appears that my problem is not discussed in the other threads about the Windows mail.

The problem is that all of a sudden the app says that all of my accounts “Needs Attention.” When I click on some of the accounts an “Update your X Account” screen pops up asking me to reenter my password information. This works. However for two of the accounts, the Update screen states that “There is a problem updating X. Do you want to try again?” But the Yes button doesn’t work-- I click on it and nothing happens. The only thing that I can do is cancel the dialog box.

 

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the mail program, which hasn’t resolve the issue.

 

I could also uninstall the email accounts that are giving me trouble, but it appears that the only way to uninstall these is to update them first, which I can’t do.

 

What other solution is there? Thanks.
