I am currently having a reoccurring issue with my Windows Live Email address.  Every so often when I try to send my mail, I get something like this and I will not be able to receive or send mail:

I have used the information from this site to change my sever ports and the like, but still now dice.  This is incredibly frustrating; I am almost 90 years old and no one has been able to explain to me properly why my email address keeps doing this.  How do I fix this?  And how do I prevent this from happening again?
