Set up a Microsoft Account and then tried to send some pictures in album

Now when I hit Send/Receive I get the following message:-

An unknown error has occurred.

Secure(SSL): YesI

I deleted the emails from the Outbox but now I can't open Live Mail. It gives me a box message
