I work at a travel agency and I've had several reports from the same consultant saying that folders move by themselves, specifically a sub-folder jumping from one top-level folder to another top-level folder. Is there any reason this is happening and can it be fixed? All our systems are running Windows 7 64-bit with Windows Live Mail 2011. I have not had any reports of it happening from any other consultant
