Original Title: windows live mail error message.

windows 8.1: Some emails, not all, I receive an Error message "a problem occurred while trying to oen this mail".  Has just begun last few days.  As I said, I can open most messages.  And, the messages are not from the same sender.  Seems random.

I am a little reluctant to try MS fix, pasting lines into registry.  Any suggestions?
