I've recently started having trouble with my Windows Live Mail account.  Its stopped receiving emails and won't let me log in. When this happened previously, I was able to open the Registry Editor and change the RecreateFolderIndex, RecreateStreamIndex, and the Recreate UIDLIndex values from 0 to 1 and that fixed the problem but that isn't working now. I've also tried repairing the windows live programs but that hasn't done anything.
