I had an error message stating that I had a failure of Ntfs.sys .   I carried out a repair and then found that Windows Live Mail had deleted all signs of my Gmail account.  I have attempted to recover it several times with no success. On a final attempt Gmail appeared in the Live Mail listing of my accounts and requested me to download the files.  when I attempted to do so I ot the following error message
