When I try to delete Junk Emails, I get an Error Message that reads: "An unknown error has occurred." How can I get rid of those junk emails.
I used to have several Storage Files set up to put Family Emails in after reading them. I had school files that I put emails from students in. etc. I clicked on something or another and those file disappeared...hidden. I can't get them back up. The only Storage
Files showing are Drafts, Sent Items, Deleted Items, and Recovered Items. If I click on an email in my "In Box" and want to send it to a Storage File I get the list showing the options of where to send the email. If I click on "Move to" it moves the email
to the Storage File I designate. But again I can't get those Storage Files "unhidden." Help.
