When we went to open Windows Live Mail 2012 3 days ago it did not open.   It comes up with Windows Live Mail has stopped working.  Windows is checking for a solution to the problem.  Windows Live Mail has stopped Working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.   We have consistently had this message for days and cannot therefore get into our email.  We have tried a clean boot, uninstalled and reinstalled and have had no luck.  This is the info

We are using Windows 10.

I am trying to copy a screenshot of the event viewer but I cannot get it to copy in here for some reason.  If you can put any answers simply that would be appreciated as not incredibly computer savvy...... sorry. 

Any input would be gratefully accepted as not having access to email is very annoying.
