Hi,

I got to work this morning after the weekend and am having problems sending emails.  The weird thing is everything was fine on friday.

Some recipients keep bouncing back their emails saying my IP have been blocked.

I am not a computer whizz although I can sort out most things we come across.  Can anybody tell me what is wrong and how I can fix this.

Please see below some of the messages I'm receiving (I've redacted some of the email addresses for privacy reasons):

"A message that you sent to the following recipient could not be delivered due to a permanent error. ** The remote server ***.***.***.* responded with: ** redacted email address 550:rejected **.**.***.*** is temporarily blocked. Contact support [pbl] This message was created automatically by mail delivery software on the server avasout01."

and also this to my personal email:

"A message that you sent to the following recipient could not be delivered due to a permanent error. ** The remote server **.**.**.*** responded with: ** *** Email address is removed for privacy *** 550:DY-001 (COL004-MC5F15) Unfortunately, messages from **.**.***.*** weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider. You can tell them that Hotmail does not relay dynamically-assigned IP ranges. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. This message was created automatically by mail delivery software on the server avasout01."
