I am using Windows Live Mail with Spectrum's MAIL.TWC.COM servers.  I was having problems sending and receiving emails and after talking with them and searching the internet got it to work by changing the ports and specifying SSL required.  The problem now is it downloads all the messages every time I access Windows Live or when I click on send/receive.  I have talked with them and again searched the internet for a solution and have had no luck, so here I am hoping you can help.  I am on a PC using windows 10.  Windows Live Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331).
