I have Windows 10 and have used Windows Live Mail for several years without problem.  use 2 email accounts, an @sky.com account and an @outlook.com account. In the last few days the @sky.com account has ceased to work and when I try to open it I get a message saying "We couldn't access this account. You might need to update your password or give the account permission to sync to this device."

I have try to fix the problem by re-entering my password for the @sky.com account but this has no effect. 

The @outlook.com account still works well.

I have spoken to Sky technical assistance who say that this problem is as a result of a change made in the sky email system which means that their email system does not work from this work with certain older systems so that it doesn't work with my laptop with Windows live mail nor with my iPhone (an iPhone 6) but it does still work with my ipad.

He suggested I should use Windows 10 mail. My question is, is this correct? and secondly how would I get it?
