I've reinstalled windows 10 on my laptop and didn't transfer the apps including Windows Live Mail.  I have a backup of my emails and contacts which I've moved to my new installation but I need to find a copy of Windows Live Mail to migrate to the Windows Outlook I just purchased.  Any suggestions where I might find a valid copy or a method to convert my contacts and email to the Outlook format?
