Following a system repair and Windows 10 reload conducted by a Microsoft technician yesterday, I discovered that Windows Live Mail had not been reinstalled and was replaced by the Outlook version. No data from Live Mail had been transferred into Outlook. There also appears to be a problem with email receipt on Outlook - both I and a Microsoft operator tried sending an email using my other provider and this did not arrive. It did arrive, however, on my mobile phone.
