Hi,

I have a configured domain bodybrilliance.co.za within my live domains account. Some of these accounts were created previously, I assume through live services, in 2011. I chose the option to import them.

However, the password I specify for the accounts does not work, and when I try to reset one of these accounts (for example *** Email address is removed for privacy ***) the error returned by https://account.live.com/password/reset is:

The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again.


How can the password be reset and the mailbox accessed?
