Windows Live Blob

Our windows mail has a problem.  It  will down load new messages, then hang up counting up messages forever.

                                                                                                                                                            You can end the error count up by hitting stop in the error box, every time you open mail it will down load  new messages then hang again.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           What is a Blob            ?   I didn’t add any blob address when I set up the email.
