I have a new HP laptop with windows 10. The email which was setup on the computer is Gmail, but it does not synch with all my emails from livemail 2012 on my windows 7 laptop. When I try to load Windows essentials to get access to livemail it immediately tells me to restart my computer and try again. This I have done, but I still get the same error message. How can I get the computer to accept Windows 10 download so that I can have Windows livemail 2012?
