Hello everyone!

Before I start, I am a bit of a numpty when it comes to computers, so if you are kind enough to try and help, please be gentle!!

I use Windows Live Mail 2012 with Windows 7 Professional.  I like it!!

Since this afternoon I have been receiving the same message every time I try to check for any incoming emails.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Wanadoo (anna.peter2) account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No

I have tried to solve the problem by going onto forums and looking at the replies to other people with the same problem, but don't really understand the answer, or if I understand it does not work.  

I have also tried to do a System Restore to try and solve the problem, no luck!
