I have Windows 10 and Windows Live.com. When I click on my email icon it says it is not synched. So I click to add the account and a box comes up with my account as well as a list of other possible accounts. I click on my account and the screen disappears. I do it again, this time a box comes up to fill in my email address. I attempt to do that, but the screen disappears.

After reading some of the other posts, I checked to make sure I had Windows Essential 2012, and found that I didn't so I downloaded it; only the mail part. I even went back and did a repair.

Why is my screen disappearing every time I go to click to add my account? Why did my email account completely disappear to begin with?
