All I've seen is numerous microsoft reps in threads saying "I understand you're having a problem and we're sorry." None of that helps those who are blocked from accessing their email.
If there is no fix, then I would ask that you allow my email to be forwarded to a different account. This is frustrating. Before you say "I understand," please look for a way to fix this problem that has persisted for over
a year or just let us know that it won't be fixed.
