I installed Windows Essentials 2012 for Windows 8.1 onto my new laptop so I can have Windows Photo
Gallery. When I double click on a photo that I want to edit or organize, the photo opens but within a few seconds, I get an error and it tells me that Photo Gallery has stopped working and will shut down, which it does.
I uninstalled all of Microsoft Essentials for Windows 8.1 and then reinstalled it, but that did not fix the problems.
Any suggestions?
