Why are my in-box e-mails being directed to junk mail?   They are in my contact list and have been marked NOT JUNK many times.   I have deleted all rules for messages because THEY ARE INACCURATE, DO NOT WORK, AND ARE VERY USELESS.   So; they are not a factor.   Yes I did delete all history including cookies.
