why all of a sudden when I open hotmail it makes me answer that I want to use HTTPS all the time and I click on it but it won't save the info.  My options are set to save all passwords, cookies, etc.  Royal pain in the back end.  I have windows 8. I am so tempted to give up on Hotmail.  I have had so many problems with it lately that it hardly seems worth the trouble.
