When receiving audio/vedeos, I cannot open them. It tells me: Can’t play. This item was encoded in a format that’s not supported.

When receiving Audio/Vedeos, Icannot open them. It responds by saying:  Can't play, This item was encoded in a format that's not supported. Tell Microsoft about this problem.
