I got error code 0s8007045a when trying to open Windows Live Photo Gallery,  it says Photo Gallery  can't start because Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Compact Edition is missing.  When I go to download center, it says the download is no longer available.  I'm not computer savvy, how can I fix this?
