After loggin in, a window pops up saying:

Discover your new Focused & Other inboxes Message you need to act right away now appear in Focused, while the rest wait for you in Other.

The window provides 2 options: Got it button at the bottom or x at top right, but does not matter which one you click on, the e-mail page froze & I cannot proceed after disappearing of the window

The Focused Other at top left corner had a flashing border, but when clicked on it, it also failed to respond.

What is wrong with hotmail?
