I have windows 10 and Windows Movie maker. I have no problem working with stills, fading, effects, titles, captions, etc. When I insert a video (mp4 format), I get a black screen during reproduction....so I can't cut the length or do anything else with the "video" section of my project. What do I need to do to resolve this problem?
