When starting Outlook (this only happens when using exchange), a window appears with two progress bars: "updating identity". This then takes about 30 minutes to finalize. Alternatively, you can delete
and recreate the identity. Is there now a permanent solution for this issue or is it known why this happens at all? This problem seems to exist since many years. Thank you for your help.
