I updated my security information - changed from an alternative email that I no longer have, to my current cell phone.  It is now telling me it will take 30 days to update this information, and that I cannot access my account until August 30th.  My birthday is the 10th of this month, and I will be heartbroken if I can't send and receive emails from my family on the opposite coast.
