Next to the "Shut Down" Box a 1 indicates that an up-date is available.  A msg tell me not to shut down the PC but to wait until the u--date is installed.

For over a week I go through the indicated procedure.  Following about 2 minutes the PC shuts down automatically.

In the Product Box I selected "Messenger" in order to fill it because the Category fitting my problem is not available.
