For the past three days I have been unable to send email from my Windows Live Mail account

windows live mail version 2009 (build 14.0.8117.0416)

windows 10  version 1903 (OS build 18362.778)

An unknown error has occurred.

Subject 'lets try this'
Server Error: 554

I've spoken to my internet provider / Domain owner and they tell me something is getting blocked from the windows live mail system ... they tell me everything is working on their end

I switched to port 465 for outgoing and received this message below ... and for some reason it says the SSL is not secure

this is the lates ... I was able to secure the SSL
