I am having issues setting up my POP (@shaw.ca) email account using Outlook 2013. I have been using Outlook.com and it was working perfectly, but I recently purchased Office 2013 and wanted to use Outlook 2013 instead of webmail. However when I enter the details for my account in manual setup I am getting the following errors when sending the test email:

Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings.  The server responded: -ERR invalid username/password

Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

I know that this appears to be a credential-related issue but I assure you that the credentials are correct. I have double and triple checked my server settings and am following them exactly.

Following these problems, I tried to use Outlook.com again, and now I am unable to send or receive emails from there as well. Not seeing any error messages, but there are emails that I should definitely have in my inbox that are not loading. Also, when I try to send an email it appears to have worked properly (message shows in the Sent folder with no errors) but the recipients have confirmed that they are not getting anything from me.

I tried to use my phone as a last resort (outlook app on android) and nothing is working there either. No errors, just not loading new messages or sending anything.

This has been ongoing for days now, and needless to say, it is a huge priority for me to get this up and running again, one way or the other. I would greatly appreciate any support you can offer.

Thanks
