I am unable to send or receive emails in Window Live Mail.  I have called my provider (Frontier) four times & they say is is an issue with the application & suggested that I contact Microsoft.  Ports have been verified & lots other troubleshooting.  I am running W7.   Error message is "Your POP3 server has not responded in 60 sec ..."  I can receive & send emails via a browser. I need HELP!
