Can send emails with other programs - Hotmail Outlook iprimus etc but not Microsoft outlook - send when at home but not when away

SMTP port 25 in use at home

OK send emails when back at home but not when away when connected to hot spot or WiFi

ISP Iprimus advise port 25 and this works with other programs when away but not Outlook from Microsoft  win 10
