Trying to edit (add a member) in outlook group. None of the answers work . Have an “all” but no “all>”. Also word group doesn’t appear. Help.

Trying to add a member to an outlook group. None of the answers in the forum work. Have an "all" but don't have an"all>". "Group" does not appear in tool bar.
