I cannot access outlook; I sign in and then receive message 'there seems to be a problem with outlook right now'. Desktop running IE9.

 

I have tried another browser - Google Chrome - same result.

Exactly the same result on iPad - cannot download from server

 

Switched off - on - tried - retried.

 

Deleted browsing history.

 

Nothing makes any difference.

 

Status report states service operating normally.

 

Not in my small home office it isn't!!!!!!!!

 

HELP
