i lost my email that i was wrighting befor saving or sending.. Can i still find or retrive it?

I lost my very important long email befor saving an sending...I know dumB!! LOL. Im new at this an can wright it again,but if there is some way to retrieve it that would be GREAT. I tryed to get answers but they not working an as silly as it may sound i can't find the GO menu to click -folder list an then hit Navigation Pane????
