I am using Microsoft 365 mail on IE10 and when I go to print emails it brings up a error message "Internet Explorer has stopped working". Also tried printing in Windows live mail and again it will not print.  Any ideas?
I just upgraded to Windows 7 and installed Windows Live Mail. I have Internet Explorer 10 as my default browser. The problem I have with Windows Live Mail is that in navigating from one email to the next, the heading of the message changes but the body of the message remains as if the prior email was selected.  This same prior message will stay in the message area even when I click on another email.  The message won't catch up with the email that is selected.  I have asked my computer specialist, and he has gone as far as diagnosing my whole computer's hardware and software.  He has no idea as to why Windows Live Mail does this. Help!

I have done everything required except I could put "7200" in TTL box because its the minimum value i could write there (3600 was mentioned in windows live mail setup). Still DNS configuration is pending. Please help me what to do. I am really frustrated by this setup thing.
My domain setup is cpanel based. Its something else I dont know. Please guide me what and how to do. Thanks in anticipation.

Windows Live Mail 2012

Lately I cannot open an URL that is in the body of the email.

No error message.

However, this pops up in a window over the email.

"This file does not have a program associated with it or performing this action

Please install a program or,if one is alreqady installed create an association in the Defasult program Control panel."

Never had a problem before, if someone sent me an URL to click on to open a new explorer window.

I did a repair of Windows Live Email, but that did not help.

If I delete/remove Live email and then reinstall it will I lose all my emails, etc.

I've been using Windows Live Mail  Version 9 which came with my PC. I handle my email with this via my internet provider and it has worked just fine.

Recently the internet provider made me switch from POP3 to IMAP which has rather messed up a few things which I am unable to sort through. The internet provider, of course, tells me there is nothing they can do as it is not their product and the email functions when logging in to their server seem to have no issues.

I don't like some of the changes that this protocal has caused which are a side issue to the main situation.... so I won't go into that right now.

It seemed with the conversion to IMAP, a number of new folders appeared both on the providers page of my email functions and also on the Windows Live

application on my desktop PC. For example now there were several similar folder names such as Sent Mail, Sent Items, Sent Messages.... also Deleted Items and Delected Messages. I would find some emails in Sent  Items and different ones in Sent Messages and maybe nothing in Sent mail.... on the server as well as at my desktop. Also true of the other folders that seem to have similar names. I found this confusing and cumbersome so called support with the provider.

They were not really much help but rather got me into further problems. At their site, we worked on consolidting things and trying to delete empty or undeeded folders. So we combined all the sent email types into (don't recall exactly which folder name) Sent Messages and deleted maybe Sent Items or Sent E-Mail. Did this also with the delected items/messages/mail.  It looked more cleaned up so I went to see how it appeared and behaved on my desktop.

Now at the desktop (Windows Live Mail) if I highlighted an email and selected "Delete", and error message poped up saying it was not possible to send this to it's destinatin. If I clicked on the "Details" tab, it said something like "The selected folder (or box ?) does not exist" . I don't remeber if it was this one or anther error that had a suggestion to "Refresh my IMAP folders list" or some such thing which I don't know how to do or exactly what it is supposed solve.

This same sort of thing also happened if I selected "Sent" or "Deleted"... it would give an error box saying it could not be done.

I have a hunch that the  IMAP has some default names for these mail item catagories and they may or may not be the same as what appears on the screen when looing at my email on the providers web site. It seems that this "naming" thing is crucial. After much searching and reading and assuming this is part of the issue, I looked at the the names that were presently on one of the screens of setting up my mail through Windows Live and then renamed or made a folder to fit with those names. This brought back the ability to delete mail files but still have issues with those other error messages. I don't want to do a lot of changing with guessing and make things even worse before getting some better advice. The provider totally backed out of doing anything since it isn't their product and now I'm lost as to where to get help without paying for it with a lot of phone time, etc.

At this point I will wait for some beginning help and then try to go step by step from here. Again, there must be certain "names" that must be setup and used with this IMAP that are different from what it was with POP3 which is where some of the problem is coming from .... I want to keep it as basic and simple as possible without all the redundant type folders.

Thanks for help from anyone willing to shed a lot of light on how to solve my problem. If I have chosen the wrong place to open this question for help, please let me know the best route to take! Thanks again.

I have been searching this website for help and have tried several solutions, and so far I have only managed to now have to open my Windows Live Mail only if I run as administrator.  I can't seem to find this exact problem in any forum and really need some help with this.
