            I have open the windows the live mail, he is not properly working, the error message shows unable to send or receive the message, can you help me to solution this problem.
            I am 2/3 times installing the live mail, but problem not solve.please give me the solution. thanks

I am using Windows 7.  I have Windows Live Mail as email software.  It does not have a printer connected to the program.  I can print from other programs with no problem.  I use Google Chrome as web browser and can print from it. Use a wireless HP printer.  Please help.

I use Windows Live Mail on both my laptop and workstation to access email from multiple accounts.  I noticed that Windows Live Mail is not downloading subfolders that were created on the other machine, and the "Download all folders" pop-up menu option is disabled.  How do I synchronize ALL folders and subfolders between my two computers?

I am receiving no mail at all in my msn account in Windows Live Mail. The first complete error message I got was:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Live.co (carolyn.p-r) account.
Server Response: A problem has occurred. Please try again.
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20001
Protocol: NNTP
Port: 0
Secure(SSL): No

I am receiving no mail at all in my msn account in Windows Live Mail and following from the first error message I am now getting this message:

I consistently get error

Unable to send or receive messages for the Outlook account.

Windows Live Mail – Word doc attachments not showing

I sent a email message from my laptop with a .docx attachment via Outlook 2007 and also sent a separate email message with a .pdf attachment to my recently purchased desktop computer with Windows Live Mail. The attachment icon does not show up for the Word attachment. But the icon appears for the pdf file.  I forwarded the message with the Word file as an attachment back to my laptop. Lo and behold, this forwarded message had the Word attachment in the attachment! What is going on? I tried several more times to send the message with the attachment and the icon never shows up! The header does not indicate an attachment, therefore there is no way I can open it...I think I need to dump this Windows Live and buy Outlook 2013. Or....???

 

The message is sent HTML format. The doc extension is associated with Word on my desktop. Conversation is turned off.

checking for mail on various accounts

In windows live mail, I have two accounts but I do not want to receive mail from one of them.  That is I want the frequency of checking mail on this account to be "never".  Any suggestions as to how to do this?  Note: unchecking the box that says "Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing" does not do the trick.

when I receive an e-mail with photos if I am really quick I can save the photos,

but any e-mail with photos is removed by windows live mail, what do I do to

prevent this.

Missing Emails in my Windows Live Mail Account

I have a year's worth of emails that have disappeared from my Windows Live Mail website but show up in Outlook.  Everything before a certain date is there and everything after a certain date is there.  It is just that gap of approximately a year. They were not deleted accidentally or deliberately.  I have already done the repair option.  How do I retrieve these emails and what caused the problem?
